Floyd isn’t an agility dog but he is still very much part of Pawformance Agility!
Sadly he was a rescue from Romania when he was a puppy and has a lot of trust issues with people and always likes to hunt for his escape route wherever he is, so no agility for him 😂👀

So how did you spend your Thursday? 🤔

Well, we left the house at 6:30am and travelled to Thirsk to compete at Longfield Show.

Forecast was for sunshine and temperatures as high as 24 degrees Celsius… what actually happened was we spent 4 hours walking and running with soaking wet feet in intermittent hail, torrential rain, thunder and lightning ⚡️☔️🌩️

This photo makes me laugh though, we were hiding behind the marquee waiting for our run when the heavens opened, I was crouching for cover but Renzo had aboutely no idea it was raining.
Rain? What rain? 😂

This dog makes me laugh, not a care in the world for anything but his agility 😂

On Saturday at our fun agility show, we held Tizzy’s Rainbow Run 🌈🩷

A special class in memory of my beautiful Tizzy, where the course was designed in the shape of a heart for my special girl who meant absolutely everything to me.

The support and love shown for the class honestly meant the world. Nearly everybody at the show entered it and it was such a special moment that I will never ever forget.

Huge congratulations to Michelle & Trixie for winning the class 🏆🐾

When it came to the presentation, emotions were running very high. I was crying before I even started speaking, Jordane was crying, Kelsie was crying and so was MD 🥺 but somehow I managed to put my brave pants on and give Tizzy the speech she deserved.

She was my world, my everything and I miss her more than words can explain. To have a class in her memory, surrounded by so many lovely people and dogs, truly meant everything to me 🩷

Seeing so many people emotional during the presentation showed just how special our dogs are and how deeply they stay in our hearts forever, not just Tizzy, but all the soul dogs we’ve loved and lost 🌈✨

Owner of Pawformance Agility and your biggest cheerleader ringside ✨

Dog agility has always been such a huge passion of mine, and I’m so grateful I get to share that with so many amazing dogs and handlers every week.

We’re getting back on track with messages and classes and we’ve got some exciting things planned, so keep an eye on our page!

🐾 Class Spaces 🐾

I have a space in the following classes for agility.

➡️ Monday 5pm ❌
➡️ Wednesday 7:30pm

Each class has a maximum of 4 dogs in, we have a skills area to practice whilst another dog is tackling the course set.

Both classes are really friendly and supportive and if you’re lucky, we usually have cake to celebrate wins now the show season has begun! 🍰😂

It’s suitable for dogs that can do sequences and can do most equipment (weaves excluded).

Came to our show on Saturday and wondered where we train? 🤔

This is our field, just a 30 second drive from the show venue! 🚙

We’ve reset the course this morning and set up our skills area too.

We’ve got seats, a brolly and trees for shade as well as the fantastic Rocking Horse Cafe & Gallery next door providing all the best cakes and drinks for when you need a bit of a sugar rush 🍰🥤
