🐾 Meet handsome Chase! 🐾

This gorgeous chap came in for a de-shed today — and just look at him! 😍🖤🤎

German Shepherds have a thick double coat, so a proper de-shed helps remove all that loose undercoat, lets the skin breathe and keeps the coat looking healthy and shiny.

Chase was an absolute superstar and left looking very smart, feeling lighter and hopefully leaving a little less fluff around the house! 😂🐕✨

Such a handsome boy. ❤️

Fresh grooms and looking absolutely adorable 😍🐾

These two little beauties were absolute stars for their pamper session today. All tidied up, smelling gorgeous and looking very smart in front of our Paw Patrol Grooming wall. ✂️✨

Two very different little characters, but both equally cute! 💜

We always work at each dog’s pace to keep grooming as calm, comfortable and positive as possible — because a lovely groom is important, but their wellbeing comes first. 🐶

🐾 Meet Charlie, our newest little member! 🐾

Charlie is just a puppy, so today was all about starting his grooming journey gently, helping him learn what to expect and building his confidence along the way. 💙

For his very first trip to the groomers, he did so well — he even let us trim his nails! What a clever boy. 🥰🐶

We’ll see you again in 4 weeks, Charlie, so we can build on everything you’ve already learnt and keep making grooming a happy, positive experience.

⚠️ A Heartbreaking Reminder ⚠️

This video is incredibly sad, but it highlights something every dog owner should know.

Dental disease isn't just about bad breath or yellow teeth. Left untreated, it can lead to painful infections that may spread through the body and affect vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys. It can leave dogs in constant pain long before they show obvious signs.

Sadly, some dogs don't receive treatment until they need a dental procedure under a general anaesthetic. While anaesthesia is very safe in the vast majority of cases, it is never completely without risk. That risk can be higher in older dogs or those with underlying health conditions.

The best way to reduce the chance of reaching that stage is through regular dental care. Routine teeth cleaning, home brushing, dental chews and veterinary check-ups can help prevent severe dental disease before it becomes a much bigger problem.

Please don't wait until your dog is struggling to eat, has bad breath or is in pain. Prevention is always kinder than cure.

If your dog's teeth are showing signs of plaque or tartar, now is the time to take action. A healthy mouth can make a huge difference to your dog's comfort, health and quality of life. ❤️🐾
