🎃🧡 As it’s October, we thought it was only fitting to introduce you all to this little star! 🐈🍂

Pumpkin came in to see us today for his castration and made sure to enjoy plenty of cuddles from VCA Lucy! 🥰⭐ How adorable is he?! 🧡🎃

It's a sad day today as our lovely vet Daisy is leaving us and mixed practice to start her new small animal chapter down in Perth. She has been with us for 2 years since joining us straight after graduation. We will be sad to see her go but wish her all the best in her new role.

Daisy would like to pass on her thanks to all the lovely clients and animals she's had the pleasure of working with these past 2 years. She's gutted to be leaving such a wonderful part of the country but is excited for her and Rusty's new start.

Meet Vet nurse Morven 💚

Morven qualified from Barony College with an HND in Veterinary nursing in 2018 and completed her level 6 diploma in animal physiotherapy in 2024.

Morven will be running physio clinics in our Ballater practice on a Thursday afternoon 😊

An Aberdeenshire lass born and bred Morven has an unusual hobby outside of work taking her donkeys carriage driving and taking her collie dog Ben to flyball.

It’s an emotional day today as we say goodbye and good luck to our nurse Fiona who is away to start her new chapter in Edinburgh😢🥹 she’s been a part of our Morven Vet’s team since she was a school girl and we will miss her lots 💖

Meet Chloe 🐾 💚

Chloe joined us in August 2026. She completed her VCA course in 2022 before beginning her nursing studies in 2023. She recently qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in June 2026.

Chloe is a friendly and caring person who particularly enjoys providing excellent patient care in practice.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys exploring the outdoors with her Golden Labrador, Skye. She also loves biking, cooking and going to the gym.

Unfortunately, our Ballater clinic has to close early at 5pm on Thursday 20th of August. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be open as normal again on Friday the 21st. Our Alford clinic will be open as normal.
