Wow, how time flies when you’re having fun! Today marks 2 years since I reopened my business in Aldershot 🤍
I’m so grateful for every single one of you, my amazing new clients and my OGs who still travel to see me regularly. I truly couldn’t have done this without your support.
Because of you, I’m now able to cut down my weekends, move towards more structured 9–5 or 8–4 working hours (which I will be trying to stick to from August) and I won’t be taking on any more Saturday or late evening appointments. I’m also closing my books for the time being to any new long haired dogs, something I didn’t think would be possible yet.
It’s definitely been a challenge going from corporate jobs to being self-employed and adjusting to a completely different way of working but it’s all been worth it. Dog grooming isn’t easy and can be physically & mentally draining but this is why I’m putting some more boundaries in place.
I’ve been feeling quite burnt out recently and I don’t want to push myself to the point where I stop enjoying something I’ve worked so hard to build.
Thank you all for being so understanding with my price changes and for allowing me to keep working to the standard I’ve always aimed for.
Fur Baby has come such a long way over the past 4 years and it’s all thanks to you 🤍
People tell me I should be proud of myself… I just wish my dad was here to see it.
And now I’m enjoying a well deserved break in the sun ☀️🌴
