This week has been absolutely devastating losing both Lottie and Ruthie in less than 48 hours apart due to rapid health declines over the past week and a half. 💔

I will miss you so much my spaniel angels, and those lovely little forehead curls 🥰 Thank you for being such sweet, gentle, loving girls 💜

I was so lucky I had the opportunity to say goodbye to Lottie on Wednesday, I just knew it was the last time. But I couldn't say "Goodbye", so I told her "See you Monday, Lottie" before she trotted along to her bed for her afternoon snooze after being fed the entire tub of treats. Never have I had that chance to say goodbye properly to my pack, so it's a moment I will hold close to my heart forever. It doesn't make it any easier though - all losses hurt my heart, I love them like my own. 💜

Both girls crossed rainbow bridge with love, dignity and compassion surrounded by their owners. Knowing nothing but love, warmth and comfort, which is what every dog deserves 💜
