🖤 Happy National Pug Day 🖤

An entire day to honor the unique, loving nature of our beloved pug

🖤Fun Fact: A group of pugs is called a “grumble”.
🖤History: Pugs date back to before 400 B.C. and were kept as prized lap dogs by Chinese emperors, sometimes even receiving mini-palaces and guards.
🖤Quirks: Pugs love to snooze and typically sleep up to 14 hours a day.

Happy pug day to the best pug in the world, princess Lola pug 🖤

CT&T Beach Adventure Day 🌊🩵🐾🐾

We had an amazing time on our last adventure day of 2026!

Barbara, Stanley, Betsy, Pippa, Nala, Lola Pug and birthday boy Elmo zoomed around a nearly empty beach for 2 hours, splashed around in the sea, had lots of fuss and attention and as a birthday treat to celebrate Elmo, everyone had some chicken nuggets as a post walk snack 🐶

We’ve done Swimming pool days, beach days and country park & lake days! Can’t wait for next year and lots more adventures 🐾🐾

Goodbye Gracie Cat 🌈

It is with a heavy heart we had to say goodbye to our beautiful little Gracie 💜 She’s joined us a tiny little abandoned 3 week old found alone with no other kittens in sight, brought into Faith Animal rescue while I was doing work placement there, to spending nearly 14 years controlling our dogs and the household but she was the most loving little creature… when she wanted to be! Never went out of the garden as she liked to be close to home, loved Dreamies and lick sticks treats, wanted to be as close to you as possible (usually her nose was on your face or she was sitting on your shoulder), loved playing a game of race or chicken trying to trip us up multiple times a day (I’m sure having a laugh while doing it), accepted many dogs appearing suddenly in our home or garden even though she was 2.5kg and they were 50kg ..it didn’t faze her! Our small but mighty girl is now with our boy Leo probably annoying him and stealing his bed like she loved doing.

GoodBye to our little wonky cat.. won’t be the same without you 🩷

Emma xx

🐾🐾ALL ABOUT DOG SHOW 2026! 🐾🐾

What a fantastic day out at the All About Dogs Show Norfolk! Loki, Lola Pug, Bailz and Dexter had the best time! Lots of treats at every stand. Lots of fuss and cuddles from public and store holders. Little photo ops at Buddycare Pet Care Products and Eden Pet Foods | Premium Dog Food . Lots of lovely stalls to see. Lola pug had her try at agility and other than the tunnel which she said no to, she did amazing for being 11 years old. Plus it was a charity donation to the pig rescue. Lola pug run out of steam after 4 hours of walkies and fun that the Eden tote bag came in handy as a pug carrier for her to take a little break and a nap. Spaniel trio did amazing. What a fun day out for all. I’m sure everyone will crash out soon! Both dogs and humans.

By far the best all about dogs show to date. 💚

🐾🐾 International Dog Day 🐾🐾

What a better way to celebrate our amazing pups by showing off their skills Swim Rootophia on our Weekend Adventure Day out. Dexter, Elmo, Barbara, Stanley and Nala had a fantastic time and so did Emily and I. Dogs had the best time on our solo swim session at Swim Rootopia which meant the we could have the entire place to ourselves with no one looking in. A warm indoor pool for pups & humans with great facilities like someone being available on site at all times, dog Lifejackets, Fresh dog water drinking bowls, treats, pool toys, safety cameras, no access to the outside so dogs are safe indoors, great for reactive dogs as they cannot see outside and a human changing facilities too (no loo!). The dogs had the most amazing time 💦 can’t wait to go back again.

Thank you Rootopia for hosting our swim mad crew 🩵

As the sun dips low, my pup’s silhouette against the canvas of the sky whispers to me the purest form of love. It’s moments like these that I wish could last forever. 🌅🐕
