💙 A little reminder regarding appointments💙

Over the last few months, I’ve had an increase in late cancellations, so unfortunately I’m now left with no choice but to enforce my cancellation policy.

Going forward, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full appointment price. I completely understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control, but with such short notice it’s very difficult to fill the appointment.

I’d also like to remind everyone about drop-off and collection times🐾

With over 250 dogs currently on my books, keeping to appointment times is really important. If you are more than 15 minutes late for drop-off, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. Even a small delay can have a big knock-on effect on the rest of the day.

The same applies to collection times. When your dog is ready, you will be given a 15-minute collection window, and I kindly ask that dogs are collected within this timeframe wherever possible.

I really appreciate everyone’s continued support and understanding. These policies aren’t intended to be difficult — they simply help me keep the day running smoothly and, most importantly, make sure I can give every dog the time and care they deserve. 🐶💙

Thank you! x

“My puppy looks the same… what did you actually do?” 👀

A puppy’s first groom isn’t about a big haircut — it’s about building confidence and teaching them that grooming is a safe, positive experience. 🐶✂️

Bathing, drying, clippers, scissors, paws, ears, face and being handled are all completely new experiences for many puppies!

So sometimes, looking the same is actually a GOOD thing❤️
