Due to no fault of his own and a sad change in circumstances...

16.1hh approx, 9yr old ROR Prospect/Project. Buck (Rains of Castamere) has had everything done correctly following his exit from racing where he did pretty well. Has had let down/turnout time to be a horse and now lives out happily and is a good doer. Has had sympathetic reschool with full veterinary/physio/HOFMAG work and strengthening programme. Videos of him WTC and popping his first fence prior to this and he is currently in ridden work/hacking. He has also done some EAS therapy work/groundwork with SEN/ASN young people and regularly used for stable management Demos as is the sweetest horse in stable. Really bonds with his person so special person requires who understands racehorses and ex racehorses as he will not be given to a Novice. Please WhatsApp or message for further details/videos. £10 charge for BI/TO on top of lesson price as this takes approx 20mins

I'm delighted to say I can now provide freelance coaching, riding, training and clipping in Aberdeenshire following a change in circumstances. I work with all ages & stages or horse & rider but have specialised in training young horses and producing connemara ponies for many years and previous to that produced & competed to international level in Eventing.

I am a BHS Accredited Professional Coach, BHS Stage 4 Yard Manager and also have my BHS Coaching4All Certificate & OCN Level 3 Diploma in Equine Assisted Learning Services via GUL Outdoor Therapy so I am experienced and have a positive approach regarding ASN, ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, Menopause and Wellness/Wellbeing. I am a 'think out the box' person with a passion and drive to get the best out of horse & rider with an individual approach - everyone is different and that should be celebrated! 🥳🥰

I am fully qualified and insured for Riding, Coaching, Training, Groundwork & Sole Charge of Yard/Yard Cover.

and his very patient, caring owners who have continued to believe in and support him on rather a long journey. This boy in particular has required a horse centred approach and lots of TIME to mentally & physically adjust to a new pace of lifestyle and management. A separate post to follow as we go further into the journey.

Buck now continues on to progress his ridden work under saddle with a mix of hacking, long reining and arena work alongside also doing some equine assisted learning & therapy sessions via ABZ.

15.2hh black Welsh cob x QH gelding. This lovely older gentleman is looking for a sharer to enjoy hacking/flatwork/poles with. He is the sweetest lad to handle and deal with. Must stay at present yard at Easter Mains Livery with excellent facilities including indoor/outdoor arenas, hacking, hot wash, BHS coach onside etc. Financial contribution and stable duties required, various options with days but preferably someone who would commit to 3 days a week and work alongside current sharer. No under 18s please. Jack is a real confidence giver and would suit a number of riders, he is up to date with shoes, teeth, saddle check etc.

Exquisite Quality Connemara!

Rising 5 year old show quality connemara mare with beautiful paces, real 'look at me' presence and the most forward thinking 'can do' attitude to life and work. She's a dream to train, ride and deal with, a brave, bold girl who always shows up for work and puts a smile on your face. Natural ability on the flat with light mouth giving a smooth, responsive, comfortable ride. RATHCOONA COVE & KINGSTOWN BOY bloodlines, N/N for HWSD. She will hack anywhere alone or in company and has attended some hunt rides and training shows. She enjoys her polework and jumping having attended some arena hires and jumped every filler we have put her infront of including water trays, brushes, flower boxes etc. Recently ridden by 11/12 year old children and was hoof perfect in and out of the arena. Good to clip, load, shoe etc and will be someone's pony of a lifetime. Clean legs, no vices/quirks and good vetting & x-rays from last year.
