A little work is happening at Aurora! 🌿🪏

Just a quick heads up to let our clients know that we will be having some works carried out around the outside of the practice.

There may be some activity around the entrance while the work is taking place, but please don’t worry, the practice will remain open as normal and our entrance will still be accessible. 🐶🐾

We’ll do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and apologise in advance for any inconvenience while we get things looking a little fresher! 🌱

A massive thank you to everyone who has kindly donated towels and blankets to the practice! 🥰

We’ve been absolutely overwhelmed by everyone’s generosity, and we really appreciate every single donation. They’ll be put to very good use keeping the pets in our care warm, cosy and comfortable while they’re staying with us. 🐶🐱🐾

We’ve now received more than enough, so we’re no longer looking for any further donations — but we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has taken the time to help us. ❤️

🐾 Towel & Blanket Donations 🐾

We’re currently running a little low on towels and blankets at the practice! 🐶🐱

If you’re having a clear-out at home and have any clean, unwanted towels or blankets that you no longer need, we’d be incredibly grateful if you’d consider donating them to us. They’re always very useful for keeping our patients warm, comfortable and cosy. ❤️

Any size or colour is absolutely fine — they don’t need to be perfect, just clean and in usable condition.

❗️Changes to EU Passports as of 22.04.26❗️

An EU pet passport issued to or held by a pet owner who is a resident in the U.K. will no longer be a valid document for travelling with pets from U.K. to the EU.

If you live in the U.K. permanently you will not be allowed to use an EU passport for any future travel.

You will be required to use an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) every time you travel.

EU pet passports may only be issued to owners whose permanent residence is within the European Union.
