I always try my best for my customers, move appointments if need be, stay open later for them , get them in sooner if i can and help them as much as I can , and if I got a urgent appointment and I need to alter their appointment they do the same for me , to my loyal customers im truly thankful 🥰 with the new customers that I do take on they think its ok not to show up to their appointments even though I message night before to see if they still want their appointment, if someone cancel s just before they are due in and I aint got anyone to fill the space they will get charged £15 if they want to rebook this is my living , you wouldn't go into work and dont get paid . So I think from now on for all new customers they will have to pay a £15 deposit before they can get booked in .and to my loyal ones love u all 😁 xx

WHY I THINK ITS IMPORTANT 😁

Sticking to the same dog groomer
They learn to trust u
U build a bond
They have been with u since a pup
They know the environment
They feel safe with u
Some dogs take alot of time to build the trust with u
They know here when they are groomed they go straight away 😁 no hanging around
There's been a few of my regular customers recently that have gone to other groomers because I couldnt get them in straight away they come back but I think of what the dog is feeling they most probably wondering where am I, who is this, what they gonna do next , where am I gonna go when I have been groomed 🤔
SO PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE !
