I'm a City & Guilds qualifed and Fully Insured groomer and currently hold a Small Animal First Aid Certificate. We use cruelty free and natural shampoos and we are a cage free salon and no restraints are used whilst the dog is in the Salon unless absolutely necessary as I aim to give the Dog / Cat the best possible experience whilst being groomed.
