Happy Sunny Saturday! ☀️☀️
The dogs have been loving the weather this week but yesterday it was getting a little too hot for them as the day went on.
As you all know, I am very strict when it comes to the heat. Your dogs wellbeing is my number one priority.
Looking ahead into next week, Tuesday is going to be a scorcher! 🔥 so I have decided to cancel all walks that day.
We will still be working but offering home visits instead if needed.
Mel, Sarah, Sue and Chloe will drop you a message individually over the weekend to see if you need a drop in.

Happy 8 year anniversary to us! 🙌🏻🐶
Today is such a special day as it’s a reminder of my biggest achievement to date! 🩷
I’m so proud of how far we’ve come!
I remember 8 years ago when I first started Herts Hiking Hounds…. I had no idea it would be this successful.
I’m so incredibly lucky to have the most amazing dog walkers by my side - Sarah, Mel, Sue and Chloe 🤍 Thank you for all that you do and for loving the dogs so much 🤍
And thank you to all of our amazing clients…. Some of you have been with me since day one, I’ve seen so many of your dogs grow from tiny puppies into mature adults, and we’ve lost some really special dogs along the way too 🕊️ who I miss so much.
Your dogs are more than just dogs to us, they genuinely are our best friends, and for me personally, they have been my saviours 🤍

The sun has been shining and we are all loving it! ☀️ Happy Dogs = Happy Walkers! 🤍
I also wanted to take this opportunity to say how proud I am of little puppy Mini who joined us a month ago now (5th photo)…. The first few weeks she was finding her feet, I made sure the walks were at her pace - letting her sniff as much as she wanted and take in her surroundings. Friday just gone, we had a breakthrough and she was beaming with confidence running around with the others dogs and had finally found her place in the pack. She walks with me on a Friday alongside my Olive and Sage, and Millie - who have been patient and calm around her on every walk. Auntie Sarah is so proud of her Friday girls! 🩷

Welcoming little Mini to our Herts Hiking Hounds family today! 🤍
Mini is just a baby so her first walk with us was all new experiences and smells for her, but she took it all in her stride and by the end of the walk was running around with the group 🥰 I’m looking forward to seeing her grow and make some new friends! 🩷
