SUSI ADOPTED 🩷🩷🩷🩷

When this beautiful young dog was found on Monte Pego, we were all sure someone would soon come looking for her.

“Fluffies”, as we call them in the trade 😜, are not our usual arrivals, and we couldn’t imagine that nobody would claim her. Sadly, we were wrong.

But we were right about one thing: it wouldn’t be long before she caught someone’s eye! Beyond all that gorgeous fluff, Susi is a super-friendly girl and a lovely all-round dog. ❤️

Thank you to Jacqui and her family for giving another of our APROP dogs a wonderful home. We hope you have many happy adventures together.

Be happy, dear Susi. Your next chapter has begun. 🏡🐾 xx

And then there was one… 💔

Choco is now without his ever-present sidekick, Katy. He seems to be doing okay, and perhaps seeing him alone is harder for us — that empty space beside him is a constant reminder of the friend we have lost.

But what can we still hope for our old boy?

Choco isn’t a difficult dog, but he likes his own space. He doesn’t enjoy being fussed over and needs a quiet home without cats or other dogs, with someone who understands that companionship doesn’t always have to mean cuddles.

We still dream that someone, somewhere, has a quiet corner for him. A warm bed, gentle company, and the freedom to simply be himself. Somewhere he can spend his remaining days in comfort, especially as winter draws closer.

He is loved here, but we would so love to give him this last chance of a home. ❤️

Could you offer Choco a peaceful retirement, on his terms? Please contact APROP, or share to help us find his person. 🐾

Thor is a magnificent Pure bred Good Boy ! 💙🐾

When he’s not busy giving love and hugs, he’s a professional ball player. Footballs, basketballs, tennis balls—he can play with them all! ⚽🏀🎾

Now he’s scouting for a forever team. Could you be his perfect match? 🏡💕

Meet the very handsome Barto, affectionately known to me as Nibbles, because he likes to gently nibble your fingers. ❤️

This sweet boy has tested positive for leishmaniasis and will soon begin treatment, which we hope will bring it under control. We would love to find him a foster home where he can enjoy comfort, reassurance and love while he receives his medication.

Barto is still a little unsure of the world, which is understandable after a life spent on a chain. He needs time to discover that people can be kind, that he is safe, and that life has so much more to offer him.

Please come and meet him and see for yourself the lovely dog we are getting to know. Perhaps you could be the person who helps him take those next steps. 🏡🐾

Could you offer Barto a foster home? Please message APROP, or share his story to help us find one. 💙
