Hooves - Herbs - Horsefriendship

Update: He was like this 30 minutes! 😮

Horses know what they need period.

This very special boy is so smart and knew exactly how best to continue releasing and processing after today’s somatic session 🫶🏽

Some of my favourite hooves 🫶🏽

She showed me where she wanted me and we worked together there somatically for 20 minutes…

After this I saw her neck had decontracted a few inches 🤯!

I think this is the most free I have ever seen Amira move ❤️

Love her so much 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

1 year on and that is some sexy and sound

Slow and steady wins the race 🐢

Each trim creating a more comfortable and happier horse 🥹

One way to assess heel strength and a balance of the hoof 🫶🏽

Top hoof 3 months progress 💪🏼
Bottom hoof 11 months progress 💪🏼

Event lines this clear aren’t common and so let’s take a closer look 🤓

There were zero changes in his trim or balance, plus each 4 week trim was very light…

These lines match up perfectly with the dates of the traumas this horse has suffered in 2026…

Both events caused serious full body inflammatory episodes and they were worrying times 🥺

Not only that but all 4 hooves have lines in exactly the same places 🤨

What I like is that the lines aren’t diverging 💪🏼

This tells be that the hoof is growing down in balance 💪🏼🫶🏽

I’m just finding it so fascinating to watch how horses release and process 🥹

Faith usually licks a lot when she eats or when she is nervous…

I viewed this 10+ minute lick-athon to be her way of releasing 🫶🏽

There is always a reason behind the ‘mad’ behaviour of horses 😉

The first rain in many months has arrived and I am so ready to trim 😜

Faith really unraveling her body and mind now 🥹😍

My mind is blown at the difference in her habitual posture and movement 🤯

Faith is also teaching me how to move in balance and she’s not afraid to tell me off when I wobble into her space! 🙈

I’m excited to see her grow into her version of perfect 🤩
