❤️ Some people don’t want recognition. They only want to make a difference.

This week, APAC received an incredibly generous donation of € 1.000 from a lady who wishes to remain anonymous.

To our wonderful donor: thank you.

Your kindness will help us care for our horses, donkeys, goats, dogs and cats, and will support us as we continue rebuilding after the recent storm damage at our Finca.

Every donation, large or small, reminds us that we are not doing this alone. Behind every rescued animal is a community of compassionate people who believe that every life matters.

From all of us at APAC, and from every animal whose life you are helping to change, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

❤️ THANK YOU, BRUDY & FRANS DE GROOT AND ALL THE FOOTBALL POOLERS! ❤️

Sometimes kindness starts with one rescue... and grows into something much bigger.

Twelve years ago, Brudy and Frans adopted a 10-year-old dog from APASA in Jávea. Inspired by that experience, they began organising a charity football pool every two years during the European and World Championships. Since then, family, friends and neighbours from across Europe have come together year after year, raising money for local animal charities.

This year, they chose APAC Rescue Horses.
After visiting our website and learning about our work, they decided that this year’s Football Pool would support our animals—and thanks to their incredible community, they raised an amazing €375 for APAC.

At a time when we are rebuilding after the storm damage at our Finca, this generosity means more than words can say.

Every euro will help us continue caring for our horses, donkeys, mules, goats, dogs and cats while we rebuild the shelter our animals depend on.

To Brudy & Frans, and to every single Football Pool participant: thank you for believing in our mission, for your generosity, and for becoming part of the APAC family.

Together, we are proving that compassion has no borders. ❤️🐴🐶🐐

With the heaviest of hearts, we have to share that our beloved APAC Queen, Huffy, crossed the Rainbow Bridge this week. 💔

Every loss at APAC is deeply painful, but Huffy leaves behind an emptiness that is difficult to put into words.

Although APAC is a horse rescue, many of our supporters came to us just to meet Huffy. She had a way of capturing hearts from the moment you met her. She ruled the place with confidence, charm, and just the right amount of mischief, earning her title as our fearless queen.

Today, our canine family seems a little quieter. They have lost their leading lady, and we have lost a very special friend.

Huffy, thank you for every tail wag, every sloppy kiss, every smile, every cuddle, and every moment of joy you brought to our lives and to everyone who visited APAC.

Run free, our beautiful little angel… with just a touch of devil. ❤️

You will always be our Queen.

Until we meet again. 🌈🐾
