🐾 Important Information about our Emergency Service 🐾
We want to share with you a change to our emergency hours, effective June 12, 2026.
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue our emergency service after midnight. We know that many of you have trusted us for years to care for your pets, and out of respect for that trust, we believe it is important to explain the reason for this decision.
Our goal has always been to offer the best possible care to each patient. An emergency requires time, dedication, and the appropriate resources to ensure it is handled with complete confidence. Currently, due to staffing limitations, we cannot maintain the overnight service without compromising the quality of care we consider essential.
Therefore, we have decided to reorganize our service to continue providing emergency care under the best possible conditions:
🕘 Monday to Friday: Emergency services from 9:00 PM to midnight.
☀️ Weekends and holidays: We will continue to offer emergency care during daytime hours—9:00 AM to midnight.
Although we are reducing our hours, this decision will allow us to continue caring for your colleagues with the professionalism, dedication, and personalized attention we have always strived to offer.
Making this decision was not easy for us. We are aware of the importance of having an emergency service and understand that this change may raise concerns. However, we sincerely believe it is the most responsible decision to guarantee safe, high-quality care that meets the standards our patients deserve.
