NoahsArc Mazarron A registered dog rescue charity (7.971/1) created to rescue injured, badly treated and abandoned dogs Welcome to Noah's ARC and our page.

Noah’s ARC is a registered animal rescue charity (7. 971/1) in the Murcia region of Spain, created to rescue injured, badly treated and abandoned animals. Our main focus is the rescue and welfare of dogs. Whilst we currently only take in dogs we always try to help with any injured animal. We are actively working to build more relationships with other animal charities throughout Europe to ensure that we can help re home more animals. We also assist other charities/rescues locally where we can, as we believe we can achieve far more for the animals if we work together. We have been rescuing dogs since 2001 and have grown from small beginnings to currently having around 100+ dogs under our wing. Our rescue is run solely by dedicated volunteers and is funded entirely by donations and our charity shops. We hope you enjoy looking through our page. Please come on in and meet our dogs, they all have albums (albums are on this link: https://www.facebook.com/NoahsArcMazarron/photos_stream?tab=photos_albums) and the page is updated daily. DONATIONS can be made via our website at http://www.noahsarcmurcia.com, by clicking on the donate button at the top of our page or via PayPal to [email protected]

Thank you.

🐾 Meet Jojo – Our Lovely English Pointer 🐾

Jojo is approximately 2 years old and has had a sad start to life. 💔

Dumped in Spain as a young puppy, he survived for weeks near a school, living on sandwiches and scraps kindly shared by the children. Sadly, he was hit by a car and suffered broken ribs. Thankfully, a kind mum rescued him and found him a safe place with the Spanish rescue we have worked alongside for 15 years.

Now Jojo is ready for his next chapter! ❤️

He is gentle, friendly with people and other dogs, a little goofy and easily distracted by the world around him!

Jojo has grown up in the Spanish countryside, so there are still things he needs to learn about family life. He can be strong on the lead, and his recall is untested, so off-lead freedom cannot be assumed.

🏡 What sort of home does Jojo need?

We are looking for an experienced home that understands Pointers and their potential prey drive, exercise needs and active nature. Someone who has had a rescue dog before and is happy to teach him the basics patiently would be ideal.

Jojo has a lovely temperament and so much potential. He is a bit of a blank canvas, just waiting for someone to help him discover how wonderful life in a loving home can be.

He has been neutered, is up to date with his vaccinations, and we will arrange his blood tests before he travels.

Could you be the person to give this sweet boy the forever home he deserves? ❤️🐾

📩 Please get in touch if you think Jojo could be the boy for you.
