🥛 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸: 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿
Aflatoxin contamination in feed can go beyond animal nutrition: AFB1 consumed by dairy cows can be metabolised into AFM1 and subsequently transferred into milk. 🔬 A study conducted by the Universities of Iowa and Missouri and Biovet, S.A., published in 𝘑𝘋𝘚 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, showed that 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗹𝘆𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗙𝗠𝟭 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟳%, without affecting its nutritional values. 🌿 As the active molecule in 𝗔𝗹𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗼𝘅, silicoglycidol acts in the digestive tract to reduce aflatoxin absorption and help limit its transfer into milk, contributing to 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆.

Coccidiosis remains one of the most common and costly enteric diseases in intensive poultry production, affecting intestinal integrity, feed conversion, growth and mortality. As resistance, residue concerns and regulatory pressure increase, the industry is looking for more sustainable strategies that support performance without relying exclusively on pharmacological programmes.

Natural solutions based on immunostimulant pronutrients can help strengthen local intestinal immunity, disrupt the coccidia life cycle and support epithelial recovery after 𝘌𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 challenge. In this context, 𝗔𝗹𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁 𝗭𝘆𝗰𝗼𝘅 is positioned as a natural tool for prevention and reinforcement programmes in coccidiosis control, with reported benefits in lesion severity, oocyst counts, feed conversion, final weight and mortality.

☀️💨 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲: what happens to the environment inside the farm?

During the warmer months, rising temperatures place additional pressure on animals — but heat is not the only factor to monitor. Ammonia accumulation can further compromise air quality and animal welfare, creating an even more challenging production environment.

🌱 Natural strategies targeting the processes involved in ammonia formation and release can help reduce this environmental pressure. 𝗔𝗹𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗮 has been developed to help reduce ammonia levels on farm, supporting better air quality, animal welfare and productive performance.
