Managed to find an early Precessional Caterpillar!. These things are very dangerous, as I now know.

My tongue swelled up and it was a very fast drive to the vets.

Thanks to his quick actions the swelling was reduced and my breathing was back to normal.

Two months of these things leaving their nests and decending from the pine trees.

Well the traumas don't stop! There I was minding my own buiness (that's true it wasn't my fault) when this Airdale Terrier decide to attack.
Two stitches in my back leg but could have been more serious.
