AN OPEN PHOTOGRAPHIC STUDY OF THE PUREBRED SPANISH HORSE

Four days of magnificent horses, photography, sunshine and great experiences in the heart of Andalusia.

For centuries, the Purebred Spanish Horse has inspired painters, artists and horsemen with its extraordinary beauty, captivating presence and soft movement.

We are led by Sarah-Jane Lucy Clarke, an Internationally recognised Classical dressage Instructor and authority on the PRE with over thirty years experience.

Over the four days we give photographers the opportunity to experience and capture this unique breed for themselves.

A series of different photographic settings will be created — giving participants the opportunity to photograph the PRE in a variety of environments, light and situations. This will include: horses in freedom and ridden, the beach, sunset and sunrise, horses of different coat colour, mares with foals in open meadows to name a few.

Each day will have a two-hour morning session and a two-hour afternoon session, allowing us to explore how different light transforms the horses and their surroundings.

This is an open and relaxed study, suitable for photographers of all levels. Whether you're a complete beginner, an enthusiastic amateur or an experienced photographer, all are welcome.

Participate, learn about the Spanish horse, practise your photography and capture something truly beautiful in memorable locations.

€525.00 per person.

Our base will be the historical town of Vejer de la Frontera. In itself a great favourite for artists. Accommodation is not included, but we happily advise on where to stay that will suit individual needs and budget.

Nearest airports: Jerez de la Frontera (63 km), Seville (147 km), Gibraltar (102 km) and Malaga (211 km).

- Five dressage lessons with an International instructor and clinician, designed to develop and refine your riding skills.
- Two guided two-hour trail rides through the stunning forests and endless tracks of Cádiz province.

Accommodation is arranged seperately, allowing us to recommend options that best suit each client's preferences and budget. Most guests choose to hire a car, allowing them the freedom to explore the local area and enjoy the region at their own pace. However, airport transfers can be arranged from both Jerez and Sevilla Airports.

Have you ever dreamed of living in southern Spain, surrounded by horses, nature and authentic Andalusian life?

I´m offering an equestrian immersion stay with hands-on experience on my small farm just outside Conil de la Frontera. Only ten minutes from the stunning Atlantic coast with its golden sandy beaches. A cultural experience in a truly magical area.

What's included:

What's not included:

What's involved:
- 6 hours per day observing, training and experiencing hands-on experience (4 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the evening).
- 5 days per week (weekends are completely free to explore so car hire is a must)
- Minor tasks include helping mucking out pens and general care with the animals. Be aware-lot's of cuddling involved!

Your free time: Weekends and afternoons are yours to enjoy - explore historic towns, beaches, culture, and everything this incredible region has to offer. Car hire is a must so you can make the most of your time here.

This is more than a stay - it's a chance to live real Andalusian horse culture, gain hands on experience from an International Classical dressage Instructor with a holistic approach, and be part of a small, genuine environment.
