It's an odd kind of day today. Not very June-ified! It's sticky, hoomid and cold, and Mum said she might even need a jumper on 🥶😂

Lazy Henry decided he was not going with the mad marauders this morning (good choice Henners, it's rubbish weather). Mum got everyone ready to go, got out of the door to the gate and found Henry..... Nowhere! Mum yelled "HENREEEEEE!" but he was lurking in the passageway by the back door, refusing to move. Silly Henry! (Dad let him back in)

The others set off by headlight for a stomp up the valley to clear out the fings, while me n Henry went for a sprightly walk and sniff with Dad. And even a bark at the bunnies! Did you know that dried up bunny heads are far preferable to beef cubes or roast chicken? I always have room in my mouth for deaded bunny bits no matter how ill I am 😂. Dad tried me with quality beef cubes and roast chicken when we got back but nope🙅, I'm not avvin it..... yet. (Mum says I'll probably eat some later).

Talking of eating, Mum cooked up more lovely meat for me and washed her Silly-con oven gloves cos they were a bit greasy. She left them out on the step to dry. Later she heard an odd noise so went to investigate - and found Monty chewing holes in them. MONTY! THAT'S NORTY! So they went in the bin and Dad's ordered some more. (Does that mean no more meaty bits until the gloves arrive Mum? 🤔 No Santos, it means I go back to using a tea towel coz we can still cook the old-fashioned way!) Mum was not impressed, and Monty ran around looking guilty for ages 🏃💨!

Mum rescued a big bug from being sucked up the Hoover yesterday and it's made its home on our agave plant. Dad's taken some pictures to gross you all out 😂. Don't worry guys, it's completely harmless. But don't show it to Monty or he'll try and eat that too!

Good morning from Campo Land 😁

Thanks to silly FaceAche Book, we can only load videos and photos together in a way which makes them come out at random. Stoopid FaceyBook! Ennyway Dad took the Mad Bunch out yesterday with his video on a stick. It means he could wave it in the air with his free hand 👋 as having Mad Monty on a lead makes it a bit hard to hold a camera. It's not videos and photos you get, its Yank-Tangle-Ooops-Drops Phone! 😂 They were out AGES yesterday while Dad woz doing his best to land a job with the BBC, but of course NOBODY minds a long walk!🚶👣

Yesterday I was having difficulty deciding wot to eat. Started with chicken mince cubes, then beef mince cubes, but not enuff of either. So later on Dad tried me with more roast chicken and I had some of that too 🍗. This morning I had a BIG breakfast and ate most of a roast chicken to make up for it! 😋

I'm very wobbly though and a bit confussed. I wander round a bit 'spacey' 😵‍💫 and nobody knows wot I want. They put me on diff'rent bits of furniture and I get off again, they bring me the water bowl but it's not that either. All the nasties in my blood from my poorly kidneys are making me a bit 'funny' 🙁. And my poor tired legs aren't doing well on the tiled floor. I can't help being annoying, it's just wot happens when you get old n sick I guess. (On the plus side I didn't have those undignified pants on last night, and I didn't disgrace myself either 😁🏆💪)

Mum's off shopping in a bit - she hates it but they've got to keep me well fed. (Wot d'you mean you're not going just for me? ROOD! I'm a Special Needs Santos! I know the fridge is full of stuff I 'might' eat but there's always room for improving the menu 😂)

Dad's already started drilling, so that means more new and improved fly screens will be going up soon 🦟. Excellent work Dad. Keep those bugs out!

Just having my morningly mini-walk with Mum (while the others were rampaging with Dad). Bit rood to video me having a wee though 😂. They've no respect for personal space! Afterwards I had a big drink and made a cow face at the 2-seater sofa so she lifted me up there. Then I chomped a big bowl of chicken mince cubes 🥣😋. By this time the 2-seater sofa woz no longer The In Place To Be, so I demanded to be put on the chair instead 😂 where I snuggled down and fell asleep. The others returned from a triumphant and noisy rabbit-roust a few minutes later. Mum's not feeling well today so she'll be off back to bed soon. We've no idea wot Dad's up to today - possibly new handmade fly screens with mesh small enuff to keep even midges out 😁.

Good morning guys!

Apologies to my vegetarian and vegan friends but Mum's been doing a gigantic Santos meat cook-off. I've had her slaving over a hot oven all morning 😂. I've decided dog pate is 🤢 so they've had to bring out the Big Guns. Mum tried to give me some pate at breakfast - cue COW FACE and a pained expression! They hurriedly brought out the cooked chicken and Dad fed it to me by hand, until I got going. Then I woz fine! Nom nom!

Later, after shopping, Dad tried me with a piece of raw steak. More 🤢 face. I don't want cow that's nearly mooing, no matter how 'spensive it is thank you. Dad suggested Mum throw it in with the other stuff in the oven. Ten minutes later, and roast steak woz delicious! (even though I'm stuffed from the roast beef mince cubes I just ate 😂) Dad says feeding me fillet steak 🥩 is a step too far. ROOD!

Mum took the numpties out early in the mist today and all woz quiet, cept for Mad Monty, who was very talkative (as you can hear on the video 😂). There woz lots of Rabbit Wrangling and whupping noises, Yeoman Yipping and spam tongue going on. I stayed in with Dad and met them on my mini-walk. My poor legs aren't working so well today but I'm still plodding along - with occasional help to stand up after my handsome sleeps 😴

It was cool and dull yesterday but today it's back to trampoline sunbathing weather 😎, which is good!

Sorry for the service interruption, but we've had a busy few days!

Mum woz in Granada province on Wednesday getting crispy round the edges, coz it's a bit hotter there than here 😂. And in a car with no air conditioning! Phew 🥵 Dad woz busy here looking after 6 furry lumps and working on new fly screens. We've got these horrible bulky muck traps at the moment, so he n mum worked out how to take these out and make something much better! (Of course they did, they're handy AND clever). Now all they have to do is another five..... 😂

Talking of muck traps, those birdies in the porch roof are growing and making lots of noise. Cheep chirp CHEEEEEEEEEP! It's a racket 🔊. We don't know how many we've got, but it's definitely more than one. And Mum And Dad Tit are making lots of poo on our step 😤. Not very hygienic! So Dad's rigging up a poo trap which stops it getting on us, but still allows the hard working birdies to get in and out. Handy AND clever number 2 😁

I'm doing quite well at the moment but keeping the slaves on their toes with 'working out what Santos will eat today'. Which is mostly chicken, and lots of it! I ate 3 whole chicken breasts yesterday (they were Dad's 🤭) so Mum roasted a whole tray of chicken mince and chicken pieces. Of course this morning chicken breast was 🤢 so I made my silly cow face, and Mum brought me chicken mince cubes. That's much better thank you!

I'm usually perky in the morning (enjoying my mini walks) but by bed time my back legs have stopped doing what they're told. They get all crossed or wobbly or both when I try n stand up. Whoops😮 help me untangle me bits Dad! And they don't hold me up so well ☹️. So this morning Monty was making squeaky noises in the rear passageway at double-o-ridiculous. The Hoomans surfaced to find me stuck in the hatch! I'd gone out for a wee but my back legs had given way getting back in. So I was kind of doing a hatchway hokey-cokey - front legs in, back legs out!🕺

Uncle Lee's coming today to dog sit so Mum n Dad can have a bit of time out from dog chores. Monty will be pleased (not) 😂. Its only taken him 5 months to get ok with Dad (24 hours a day), so Uncle Lee is still totally terrifying, speshully coz he's so tall. Poor Monty man retreats to under the orange tree mostly 🌳. Mum has to open the conservatory door and put water outside otherwise he won't get in the house or drink! ☹️

Mum's still dosing me with nasty kidney powder (Dad got the messy job on Wednesday 🤢). But it's helping me lots and I'm still Old-Soldiering on 😁.

Mum was awake feelin' hot n sweaty by moonlight, and it really was! 25c inside, and outside too! Phew its a scorcher 😎. Fans on, windows open all night and no cooler outside than inside. Stoopid weather! So it woz WET COATS ON today for the Podspedition 💦. (And another dry pants night for me.)

Lazy Henry decided on a day off and kept me company while Dad did chores and Mum got dragged up the hill by a Mad Motormouth Monty. It woz so hot they had drinks and a coat wet at the road, and the sun wasn't even out of bed yet ☀️. Phew 🥵. The coats did a great job, speshully for Miss Donna, the big bird with big fur. She's really not designed for hot stuff (though she is kinda hot stuff, which is different 😂).

Me n Henry had a mini walk with Dad in the cool valley bottom (no nasty wet coats needed here) and I even had a bark! Look, a bunny! ARF! 🔊 ARFing is quite tiring for an old lad so I only did it the once, but Dad woz very happy. He misses my silly noises. He doesn't miss Miss Donna's silly noises though - well you can't, she's louder than a loud thing on loud day when it's walk time. Her barking gives everyone ringing earioles 🧏! Oi Donna, some people are resting here!

When we got home Dad tried to tempt me with tasty morsels.

Bit of cheese? Hmmm...... Go on then (chewing pathetically). Oooooh cheese! CHEESE! Nom-nom cheese 🧀! More cheese please!

I ate a big breakfast and I'm stuffed! I think Mum's going to have to break out more chicken supplies. It's not really oven weather but we do have free lectric from Mr Sol, and AirCon. Got to keep the slaves busy 😂

Talking of slaves, Dad's out in the heat sawing wood. I think he's making a new dog door coz the other one went shaped like a banana 🍌.

Mr n Mrs Tit (ROOD! I know but that's what they are, Santos) are bizzier and bizzier with their chicks. In out in out, p**p it all about 😂 They're flying in with beaks FULL of insects, probably loads from round our 'pond'. (It's more of a green swamp than a pond now, but the flies, wasps n stuff love it.) And the chick noise is REALLY LOUD now - "CHEEP, CHEEP FEED ME!" all day. Its almost enuff to disturb ones handsome sleep 😁

I didn't have a very good day yesterday. I felt quite poorly and tired and off my food. So imagine everyone's surprise when I was up and about this morning, in DRY pants!👖Mum had to dash to rip them off me coz I was heading for the garden at a good speed, even on my wonky old legs 😂

I did a perimeter patrol, then came back inside while the Hoomans had drinkies and started rattling collars. I really wanted to go with them today but Dad said "you wouldn't make it, old chap". I spose he's right, but it makes me a bit sad. He n the horrors disappeared at high speed with high noise (DONNA! MONTY!), then Mum put my speshul posh collar on and told me we'd go out once it got light 🥰

I set off at quite a speed so it wasn't a Mum stomp, it woz a Santos stomp! We went all the way to Karen and Trevor's. Well it used to be theirs but it woz rented, and now it's sold. We don't know who bought it yet. I had a lovely sprightly potter, then a big drink, THEN scoffed a big bowl of pate! Chomp chomp! 😋 (Mum says apologies for the background fan noise 😂)

The Horde of Horrors arrived after I'd finished my food, which is good coz they're also hungry horrors.(Not Dad, he's not a horror, he's a nice Dad). They steal my food coz I'm not a fast eater even when I'm well and one of the Hoomans always has to act as lookout 😤.

Everyone's had breakfast 🍳☕🍞 and we're snoozing 😴. I've decided to push Dad out of his chair coz acshully it's MY chair. I'm getting priority boarding on the furniture these days, which is good. I go n point at where I want, then everyone else gets moved to make space! Getting old has some perks after all 😁
