Meet TED - an affectionate 15yr old cat who needs a new home 🙏🙏

His owner can no longer look after him and he needs a comfortable, calm home!

He’s 15, but seems way younger. Has always been an inside-outside cat and can’t be a fully inside one, because he gets bored & cries 😂
He will suit being an only cat or with 1 other & would have to get used to another cat slowly. He’s been a bit of a bully to the other cats in the temporary home where he is currently staying. He loves humans & attention & always comes for cuddles. He now spends most of his time on the sofa or wondering around and exploring.

Currently in Alicante but can travel within Spain. Can you offer Ted a home??

A CALL FOR HELP! 🙏🙏

When we announced Pats Rescue had to close back in January the response from the community far & wide was nothing short of amazing!

Now we ask for help again -
Andrea from OGE (operation Great Escape) needs our help! She currently has too many dogs, not enough space or shelter from the elements & not enough money! You may think - well stop taking dogs in & that’s true but it’s difficult when people keep asking, dogs are in horrible situations or dogs just turn up or get dumped on your doorstep!

Anyway the fact is for whatever reason she cannot continue like this with the financial & day to day stress. The worst scenario is another rescue having to close!!

So we’re going to work together to try and rehome as many as possible to ease the load, the first target is 40 by March 🤞
No more dogs will be taken in until the target is reached and there is space for a dog (so please, please don’t ask) 🙏

How you can help:
- share, comment, like our posts
- set up a small amount direct debit each month
- foster a dog if you can
- donate a dog house or material needed for shelter on the outside pens
- organise a fundraiser

Thank you for reading, sharing & helping 🙏
