☀️🐾 Bank Holiday Monday at Posh Pets Spain! 🐶💗

We’re usually closed on bank holidays, but not today! Our fantastic grooming students are kicking off week two of their grooming course, so we’re open and ready for another week of learning! ✂️🐩

Playtimes and cuddles have already been in full swing this morning, with Juliet enjoying some lovely snuggles with Pesya, Poppy & Daisy. 🥹💕🐾

Grooming kicks off at 10am, so let the Monday pampering begin! ✨🛁

Happy Bank Holiday Monday, everyone! 💗🐶

🐾 WEEK ONE COMPLETE! ✂️🐶

If you’d seen the students on Day 1, you’d have seen the shock on their faces when they realised they were getting straight into grooming! 😂 They thought they’d be sitting down learning theory first… oh no, not on our courses at Posh Pets Spain!

When you’ve got what is essentially a 2-year apprenticeship packed into just 2 weeks, there’s no time to waste! It’s full-on, hands-on learning from the very beginning. 💪✂️

So, what have they learnt in their first week?

🛁 Bathing using different shampoos and conditioners
💨 Drying techniques
🐾 Nail trimming
🪮 Correct brushing and dematting techniques
✂️ Scissor trimming
🐕 Hand stripping
✨ Creating neat, natural feet
…and SO much more!

And that’s just week one! 😍

There’s plenty more to come next week, and as you can see from the photos, our students are really getting stuck in and enjoying every minute of it. We’re so proud of how much they’ve already learnt!

Missed our Stories last week? 👀

If dog grooming is something you’ve ever thought about learning, make sure you follow our Stories next week for a good old nosey behind the scenes! 😉🐶

You never know… it might just inspire you to take the first step towards a new career! 💗✂️

🐈‍⬛🖤 Caturday with our gorgeous Omar! 🖤

This handsome boy comes all the way from Málaga and is a REAL chatterbox! 😹 Always has something to say and always stealing hearts. 🥹💕

Omar has been part of the Posh Pets family for over 10 years, and this time he’s staying with us for a whole month! Needless to say, we absolutely adore him. 🐾❤️

And as for black cats bringing bad luck… we think Omar brings nothing but love, purrsonality and a whole lot of good luck! 🍀🐈‍⬛

Happy Caturday from Omar and all of us at Posh Pets Spain! 💕
