Mezcal AE aka “THE PONY” by my one and only Cromado (Galopin de La Font) out of Tilia (Latino)…

They said you are too small for me and indeed with 1,60m you are not the tallest (but your gaits are).
They said you most likely will not make it to become a high level competition horse and indeed your bad luck with injury and a broken neck were not the best ingredient for our ambitions.
They said your cheeky and also faint-hearted character will not suit the dressage arena and indeed you are the horse I have most often fallen off, be it for your superquick and unexpected 180• turns or because you deemed me better decoration on an olive tree than in the saddle during a hack out.
Nevertheless we made it together! I am so happy with you, my pony 🥰! Home-bred, overcoming challenges and now you managed a really nice first Prix St Georg in our first competition together!
Promise: I will always have sufficient cookies in my pockets for you!

My only daughter of my one and only Cromado…very first time to try Tora AE at the lunge in the big arena! I am so in love with this three year old mare: gaits, beauty, wonderful character…although her daddy will enjoy retirement, the future looks bright for his legacy 🥰
