Not all cats settle in the same way, and not every cat will be ready for cute photos—and that’s completely okay. 🐾

At WHISKAS RESORT, our main focus is always on helping each cat feel safe and comfortable. We pay close attention to their settling process, eating, hydration, and most importantly, their body language.

Cats communicate so much without words. Sometimes, you simply need to read the room, respect their boundaries, and give them the space and time they need. 🤍

🤍 In Loving Memory of Our Sweet Shira 🤍

Today is one of those days that breaks our hearts.

After nearly 18 beautiful years, we found out that our beloved Shira has crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈🐾

Shira wasn’t just a cat who stayed with us. Over the many years she spent here, she became part of our little family. We watched her grow older, cared for her, spoiled her, worried about her, and loved her. Her presence became one of those familiar, comforting parts of our everyday life that you never imagine having to say goodbye to.

Today, her owner sent us a message thanking us for all the years we cared for Shira and trusted us with her. Those words meant more to us than she could know. It reminded us just how special the bond is between a pet, their family, and the people lucky enough to care for them along the way.

Shira, you were loved. You were safe. You were cared for. And you will always have a little place in our hearts. 🤍
