Staging 100% means clean and polish at the first visit, and the treatment at the second visit. Just like your own dentist does it. Would that work in your clinic?

When I started doing dentistry, staging scared me. My boss and I were sure the owners would cancel the second procedure and go somewhere cheaper. So we skipped lunch and worked late instead.. I don't recommend it. Did you have the same fear?

It’s scary to stop giving them if you have been scared into it, but once you do - nothing happens. The patient will be fine. It’s been dealing with these bacteria for years anyway. And cutting the gums and drilling bone will not seed more bacteria into the bloodstream than everyday tasks like chewing will. Also, Your flaps Will not dehis because you didn’t give antibiotics.
So JUST STOP 🙏🏻😊
