What hops are we growing this year?!

We're thrilled to share that we've planted new hop rhizomes in fresh soil this season. Our team is eager to see how these exceptional varieties will flourish:

🍃 Chinook - This American favorite is known for its bold pine and spicy notes, perfect for creating robust ales with a distinctive, earthy bitterness.

🍃 Smaragd - A European gem, Smaragd boasts a unique, fresh aroma with delicate floral and herbal nuances, adding a sophisticated touch to any brew.

🍃 Mandarina Bavaria - Renowned for its vibrant citrus flavors and a hint of sweetness, Mandarina Bavaria is ideal for bright, fruity beers, bringing tangerine and mandarin orange notes to the forefront.

Stay tuned for updates and join us in a promising growing season!
