FOR ADOPTION!! Gorgeous boy Oscar needs a family! We are fostering him for our friends … Oscar is a castrated 7 year-old Stafford/Lab’ish mix street rescue. He’s good with most easy-going female dogs of different sizes, though isn’t good with other male dogs which is normal for lots of dogs. He’s extremely affectionate, loving and connected to humans. With his midlife maturity in full swing, his ‘partying with the pups and ignoring commands’ days are over making way for a super chill buddy dog. The only bit of his street dog partying days that have stayed with him is his ‘rock n roll’ hearing deficit giving him selective hearing at times, but he’s countered that deficit with a canny ability to read our human body language, cues and timing. Oscar is really ready for a fun loving friend or family to start his new life with!

Wraith and stay focused on their goal while being flexible in how they get there… Not every run has to be perfect. The handler’s agility of mind in dealing with mistakes during the run is equally important as the mental agility and skill of the dog. In this run, the long line got stuck between Wraith’s legs; instead of starting over, the handler went with it and adapted to the new scenario by changing the way he would have applied leverage and control.
