Arya decided finding the truffle wasn’t enough…
she wanted to launch it too 😂🍄

Before I managed to stop her, she pulled it out herself and sent it flying all the way down the hill 🤭

She managed to keep half next to her (probably for a second launch 🚀 😂)

Apparently it was a big one.

Just another completely normal day truffle hunting with Arya 🐾🍄

Today’s truffle class definitely delivered 🍄🐾

There’s something so satisfying about watching a dog search, catch the scent, start digging… and then seeing what was hiding underneath🤎

And today we had some very successful finds! 👀🍄

Truffle hunting is such a fun way to work together with your dog - using their incredible nose, building focus and turning a forest walk into a real team activity.

One truffle. Then another. And another… 🍄🐾

Every one of these truffles was found by Arya within 15 minutes using her nose, focus, and years of training.

People often think truffle hunting is something only a few special dogs can do - but the truth is, most dogs can learn to search. The real secret is building the right foundation and teaching the human just as much as the dog 🧑‍🎓🐶

That’s exactly what we do in my dog school, 1:1 truffle hunting sessions around Zurich or Aargau.

Healthy dog play is not chaotic — you can actually see communication happening. And just like children, dogs need to learn social etiquette and good play manners 🐶

Dogs that play well:
✔ pause
✔ take turns
✔ respect boundaries
✔ invite each other back into play

Good play is not random energy and overstimulation.
It’s clear body language, emotional regulation, and mutual consent.

So many happy dogs, motivated owners, laughter, learning, and beautiful moments together😍

Thank you to everyone who came, participated, supported, and made this event so special. Watching dogs and their humans enjoy our stations, challenges, and games together was exactly the atmosphere I hoped to create ❤️
