UPDATE: We have a foster!

Oklahoma friends…. This gentle giant was dropped off in a dangerous part of Oklahoma City and the defeated look on his face is pulling at our heartstrings. Per volunteers who have met and are providing food and water for him, this dog is calm, welcomes human attention and is fine with other dogs. He deserves a name, a bath and a better life, but we can’t rescue him without a foster. Please share w/your OK friends and family and text us at 9702817381 if you can help!

Nothing beats seeing our rescue babies snuggled up and safe! ❤ ᐢ

With temperatures dropping, we are working hard to keep every kennel warm with fresh straw and cedar bedding. Each of these precious souls is fully vetted and hoping for a home of their own. Our adoption fee is $125.

If you can help us keep our food pantry stocked and our babies warm this week:

✅ Cash App: $LNCAS23
✅ Ship supplies: 511 Nevada 123, Waldo, AR 71770
✅ Direct vet donations: Call Eastridge Animal Hospital directly at 870-234-0100 (Linda Bridges / Lower Nevada County Animal Shelter)

Thank y'all for caring for our shelter family! ❤ ᐢ
