EASTER CLOSURE

We will be CLOSED from April 3 to April 6 for the Easter holidays!

If you have an urgent concern regarding an ongoing case please call 780 967 5152 and leave a message including your phone number. Dr Sarah will get back to you to discuss the best option for your pet. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency please call BOREAL vet clinic.

You may be seeing Dr. Fryer and Dr. Halkyard with their phones out during appointments!

No we're not on tiktok (although we think we're pretty hilarious). We have a new scribe program that records our appointments and helps us create more accurate medical notes for you. CoVet is a new tool in our team's arsenal to ensure our vets can keep our hands on your pets not our pens!

Please let our team know if you wish to opt out of this during your appointment or have any questions regarding the program.

Happy December Everyone!
As the end of our year approaches we want to give you some heads up for a busy month!

1. SANTA PHOTOS: we will be hosting our annual Santa Photos Saturday December 13th; please stay tuned for more information

2. MEDICATION DEADLINE: as the clinics will be closed for the holiday season we wish to remind those that have long term medications to ensure you will havve enough medications and food for the holidays. Our LAST day to order these will be December 10th so we can ensure we get your medications from our suppliers.

3. We will be closed for the holidays! We will be closing December 24th and be opening again January 2nd to welcome you into the new year!

If you have pre ordered medication or need food/ product pick up please still head on down.

Happy october everyone! This month we plan to highlight a few things!
1. Keep an eye out for a halloween costume contest we will be having! Yes there will be prizes! We will post about the rules/ comments next week!
2. Look forward to tech month; we will be highlighting our wonderful veterinary technologists and all the amazing things they do.
3. Reminder we will be CLOSED thanksgiving weekend so we can enjoy our wonderful families. We will be closed from SATURDAY OCTOBER 11 TO MONDAY OCTOBER 13 and will REOPEN again on TUESDAY OCTOBER 14.

LOCATION UPDATE:

And we're back! We thank you all for your patience! We hope to be operating out of BOTH the Lac Ste Anne veterinary clinic AND the Beach Cottage Veterinary Clinic (as per our regular Wednesdays).

We will do our best to update should we have any changes!

Technology update - location update.

Technology is ruff stuff! We're working hard to get our computers back to normal; we thank you all for your patience as we do so.

Until we get them back in working order we will be working out of our Lac Ste Anne veterinary clinic location; please call/ arrive at this location until further notice :)

CLINIC LOCATION UPDATE - TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.

Our computers have taken an early holiday! We are working hard to try to convince technology to work as hard as we are but in the meantime we will be working out of our main clinic (Lac Ste Anne Veterinary Clinic) for the weekend and monday.

Please do NOT go to the Alberta Beach Location for SUNDAY or MONDAY; we will be at the Lac Ste Anne location instead.
