Pattern games like 1-2-3 by Leslie Mcdevitt can help dogs refocus and keep moving around distractions and triggers! Make sure to practice without distractions and slowly increase difficulty.

Learn how to handle your big or small dog safely on a long leash and you could:
✅ Decrease pulling and reactivity
✅ Allow for natural behaviours like sniffing that burn energy, provide mental stimulation, and decrease stress
✅ Improve quality of exercise (walking at a consistent pace isn’t going to build much muscle or fitness)
✅ Improve recall

June socials are set! The next Puppy Sniff & Social is fast approaching Sunday June 14th 3-4pm. Another puppy social Sunday June 28th 1:30-2:30pm followed by Tiny Time Small Dog Social 2:30-3:30pm.

Now the last Sunday of every month! Come join us with your dog to practice leash walking and get tips from a qualified trainer. Lots of space between dogs for those who are easily excited or not looking to socialize. No pre-registration required. When you arrive, check in with us in the parking lot while your dog stays in the car.
