Meet Stanley, our Pet of the Week! 🐾
At 4 years old and a whopping 92.9 kg (204 lbs), Stanley isn’t just a dog — he’s basically a small horse with paws!😄

Despite his impressive size, Stanley is the definition of a gentle giant. Mastiffs are famous for their calm, loyal, and protective nature, and fun fact: the breed dates back thousands of years and was once used as guardian dogs by ancient civilizations, including the Romans!

We absolutely love seeing Stanley here — his sweet personality is every bit as big as he is. ❤️

We recently saw a dog suffering from pyometra, a serious and potentially life-threatening infection of the uterus. It often develops in unspayed female dogs and can progress quickly, sometimes without obvious early signs.
Pyometra requires urgent veterinary care and, in many cases, emergency surgery. It’s a heartbreaking condition—but also one that is largely preventable.
This is why spaying is so important. Spaying not only helps prevent unwanted litters, but it also protects dogs from dangerous health issues like pyometra.
Please consider spaying your pets and helping spread awareness—it can truly save lives.🐾
