🐾 MYTH BUSTING MONDAY 🐾

🚗☀️ MYTH: “If I crack the window, my dog will be fine in the car.”

✅ FACT: A parked vehicle can become dangerously hot within minutes—even on a mild day. Cracking the windows does very little to slow the temperature rise, putting pets at serious risk of heatstroke.

🌡️ When it’s 27°C (80°F) outside, the inside of a vehicle can quickly climb to 38°C (100°F+) or higher. Heatstroke is a medical emergency and can become fatal faster than many pet owners realize.

🐶 Remember:
• A cracked window is not enough
• A quick errand can take longer than expected
• If your pet can’t come inside, it’s safest to leave them at home

❤️ Keep your furry family members safe this summer—never leave pets unattended in a parked vehicle.
