Sherry Shears Pet Grooming I am a small, quiet, one to two groomer shop specializing in a one on one pet grooming service for cats and dogs 30 pounds and under.

Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday during the daytime by appointment only. I have been styling pets since 2001 and love to groom both cats and dogs. My mission is to find a hairstyle that will work for both the owner and the pet. At this time, I will not be accepting any new clients. If you are an existing client please call to set up an appointment during the daytime Tuesday through Saturday

! Nail trims can usually be done the same day, but please call first to make sure that I have no cats in for grooming!

Hello Everyone,

Due to so many changes to the business platform page, this page will no longer be checked on a regular basis. If you are an existing client and wish to reach me, please leave me a message at the shop as I will not be responding any more through Facebook or Messenger. At this time, and for the foreseeable future, I will be unable to accept any new clients. That is, no new animals from both new clients AND existing clients. I am attempting to decrease my workload and can not take on any new clientele at all. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Hello Everyone,

I am posting to let people know that I am still not accepting any new clients. My schedule for next year is already 2/3 full! If you are an existing client and would like to make an appointment, please call the shop and leave me a message. :D

I just wanted to thank all of my truly AMAZING clients for a wonderful year despite all of the hurdles and regulations that came to businesses due to Covid. I am BEYOND grateful to be in the position I am in business wise, and I owe all of that to each and every one of you that brings your pet to me to get pampered. So, from the bottom of my heart, a deep and sincere THANK YOU. 😘

I wish you all a relaxing, peaceful, warm and healthy Holiday season spent with those that you love most. ❤❤❤

Hello Everyone,

Just a post to let people know that I only have a few appointments left during the weekdays (for existing clients) in July and August and then, unfortunately, I have no other appointments left for full groomings for this year. If you would like to be on a cancellation list between September and December, please call the shop and leave me a message. Nail trims for existing clients are still available same or next day if you call and leave me a message. This is definitely a year unlike any other I've had in my 20 years of grooming, but thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It confirms to me that I am in the right career.

Hello Everyone,

As many of you have already been aware of, there is road restructuring beginning on Roblin Blvd. between Community and Dieppe. It will be going on from now until September 2021. It will affect the access to my business parking lot. You can enter the parking lot if you are coming East on Roblin Blvd only. Unfortunately, if you are coming West on Roblin Blvd. you will not be able to turn into the parking lot and will have to go past the construction, turn around, and come back with Westward traffic. I am sorry for this inconvenience, but unfortunately it is not under my control. :( Hopefully they will finish our end of the road construction first and we will be back to normal before we know it! Here's keeping our fingers crossed! 🤞

With new restrictions, we are limiting clientele in the shop to one client at a time only. If someone is in the shop when you arrive, please wait outside until they leave to enter.

Also, a note just to let people know that we are still not able to accept any new clients at this time. We are currently booking existing clients into August. 🥰 Thank you to all those that have enquired.

Hello everyone,

This morning the government posted a schedule that says pet groomers in the city are able to remain open under the current health order of code red. So business will go ahead as usual heading towards Christmas.
We are currently not accepting any new clients and are booking existing clients into January of next year.
Please remember to wear masks when entering the shop and to sanitize your hands upon entry. There is a 2 customer limit in the shop at any one time. Please if there is someone in the shop picking up or dropping off their animal, wait outside, or in your car until they leave to enter. Please have only one person from your household come in to the shop while dropping off or picking up to help keep contacts down.

Hello everyone!

I apologize for not being more active lately on the page. Just like most of you, I too, am feeling a bit of the COVID exhaustion kicking in. I hope all of you are doing well.

I just wanted to reconnect with you all and let you know that the new code red restrictions placed on Winnipeg have not affected the shop (as we are already running at around 25% capacity). We are continuing to space appointments out as much as possible so that there are only 2 customers max. in the shop at any one time. Masks and hand sanitizing are also still mandatory upon entering the shop.

Thank you all so much for your continued compliance and doing your part to keep everyone safe. ❤️
