📢 New Grooming Appointment Policy
To better serve all of our grooming clients and respect our groomers’ time, we will be implementing a new Grooming Cancellation & No-Show Policy, effective August 5th, 2026.
🐾 Here’s what you need to know:
• Cancel before the day of your appointment – No charge
• First same-day cancellation or first no-show – Waived as a one-time courtesy!
• After your first waived same-day cancellation or no-show, a valid credit card will be required on file for all future grooming appointments.
• Any additional *same-day* cancellations – $25 cancellation fee
• Any additional *no-shows* – 50% of the scheduled grooming cost
Our groomers reserve dedicated time for every appointment, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments often leave them with gaps that cannot be filled on short notice. This policy helps us protect their schedules while still offering flexibility for the occasional unexpected situation.
