Happy ! Did you know that some cats have extra toes? This is Hallee, she's a senior Polydactyl girl. 😻

This gene is harmless but the extra nails & smaller dewclaws often need to be more frequently trimmed to prevent overgrowth! 🤗 if you have a polydactyl cat, we'd love to see a photo! 📸

Your dog's and/ or cat's nails should be clipped or dremeled every 4-6 weeks minimum. Ideally, the nails shouldn't touch the floor when your pet is standing, but for some pet's this requires very diligent care 🤗
