Since Jasper likes to swim with his family, I take him SHORT in the summer! To shave a double coated dog properly, he needs to be deshed! I used DOGMÄ 's Dogmüe deshedding formula to help his tight Spaniel coat loosen up, and their Dogmägik leave in conditioner to help his coat stay healthy after being cut so short. Now we can swim in the lake forever!

Liyu unfortunately had developed some severe matting leading to a solid pelt. 😱 Sometimes, properly maintaining your animals can get away from you, and it happens to the best of us. Maybe you put off a nail trim too long, maybe your pet hasn't been brush regularly; whatever the circumstance is I don't judge, my first priority when grooming any animal is always their comfort! It's not the prettiest haircut but for their sake cosmetics always come last to avoid added stress!

Liyu's papa is very sorry and he encourages others to reach out! It's only too late if you never get it done! I made it easier for them both by grooming at their home!

Rex models a teddy cut for his annual summer visit 🌻Shaving a double coated dog is delicate business, and if not done properly, can damage the fur or skin. Rex had to fully deshed before I could even get him wet!
Luckily DOGMÄ has a Sensi-Müe deshedding shampoo! I also used their leave in conditioner and gave Rex a luxurious hair mask treatment to support his skin's health. Now that's a little snuggable teddy bear! 🧸

It's time for Finnegan's annual do! He doesn't car very well so I went to his house! Even though he needs meds for his groom, he still does terrific! A little grump never deterred me! I used DOGMÄ 's Dry Shampoo this time, because Finn was too spicy for a bath!
