For those who have not experienced in-home nail trims or are curious how it works, this post is for you!

- Upon arrival I greet you and your dog/cat!
- Nail trims can be done inside your house or outside, whatever you're more comfortable with.
- I do all nail trims on the floor or a table, or you holding your dog for safety purposes as they can be wiggly, nervous or show signs of possible aggression towards the nail clipping. For cats, I ask the owner to hold them as they can be more wiggly and unpredictable than dogs.
- If your dog is having a hard time getting their nails done, I will use methods that may help make it easier for the dog.
- I use clippers and/or a Dremel, whatever your dog will allow me to do. With smaller dogs I may only clip them. For cats, nails are only clipped.
- I accept payment methods by cash or e-transfer.

Winter is on its way! Which means your dog may need their nails trimmed more regularly through the winter. ❄️

It's recommended that dogs have their nails trimmed every 4 to 6 weeks, especially in the winter as the snow covered concrete isn't there to file your dog's nails down naturally.

I book up faster in the winter so it's recommended to book your appointment 2 weeks in advance!

Blue (and her sister Willow), have been clients of mine for some time now! The first time I stepped in the door and filed their nails they were terrified, but after a couple visits they became familiar with me and are used to their nail trims. They've definitely both come a long way 🫶🏼🐾
