Whether your pet is due for a checkup, has a new concern you'd like us to look at, or you just need to pick up prevention, we're here to help!

Before starting heartworm prevention, dogs should have a yearly 4Dx test to make sure they're negative for heartworm disease and to screen for several tick-borne diseases.

It’s June 1st, which means it’s time for many pets to start their monthly heartworm prevention! 💊❤️

Did you know that heartworm disease is spread by mosquitoes? 🦟 Just one bite from an infected mosquito can transmit heartworm larvae, which can grow into worms that live in your pet’s heart. Heartworm disease can cause serious health problems and is much easier to prevent than to treat.

✅ Grab your pet’s heartworm medication
✅ Give the first dose today

And while you're at it, don't forget any flea and tick prevention your veterinarian has recommended as well. Ticks and mosquitoes are out and enjoying the warmer weather just as much as we are!

This past Sunday was our very first Sunday being open — and it went so well! 🐾

A huge thank you to our amazing team for helping make this transition possible and for being here on Sundays so we can continue supporting our clients and patients with even more accessible care. We truly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. ❤️

As a reminder, our current clinic hours are:
Sunday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday and Saturday Closed

We will also be trying to keep one or two same-day appointment spots available on Sundays for sick pets that need to be seen.

Please note that we are not an emergency clinic and do not provide overnight or evening emergency care.

Victoria Day is coming up, and we wanted to keep everyone updated on our upcoming holiday hours and exciting schedule changes! 🐶🐱

📅 Monday, May 18th
We will be CLOSED for Victoria Day.

📅 Tuesday, May 19th – Thursday, May 21st
We will be OPEN from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

📅 Friday & Saturday, May 22nd & 23rd
Our clinic will be CLOSED as we transition into our new clinic schedule.

✨ Starting Sunday, May 24th ✨
Our NEW regular schedule will be:

This handsome boy came to see us this week for his yearly wellness exam, vaccines, 4DX test, and preventions — and he was such a brave patient the entire visit! 💜

While he was here, his family shared that Hiro recently completed the Fast & Furry 5K Walk at the end of April… and he even proudly wore his dog tag medal for us to see! 🏅🐶

We love seeing our patients staying active, happy, and healthy with their families. Regular checkups, vaccines, parasite prevention, and annual testing all play such an important role in helping pets feel their best for every adventure ahead. 🐾

🦟 As we head into parasite season, our clinic is experiencing a significant increase in appointments for exams, vaccinations, parasite testing, and preventive care. This is one of our busiest times of year, as we work to keep your pets healthy and protected. 🐈🐕🐾

💙We kindly ask for your patience and understanding when it comes to medication and prevention refills. Each request must be carefully reviewed and approved by our veterinarians to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your pet. Our medical team is also actively caring for patients throughout the day, including surgeries and urgent cases.

💊At this time, please allow 48–72 hours for all medication and prevention refills to be processed. Some items will take longer if they require ordering.

📞To avoid delays, we recommend requesting refills before you run low. We’re here to help and will always do our best to get everything ready as quickly as possible.
