👀 What’s hiding behind your pet’s iris?! 👀

Think you’ve seen the whole eye? Think again! 😮➡️ Swipe to see what we discovered!

We knew sweet Phoebe had a few iris cysts… but once we dilated her eyes, SURPRISE! 🤯 She was hiding quite a few more behind her iris!

✨ Why do we dilate?
Dilation gives Dr. Hsu a much better view of the inside of the eye, allowing for a more complete exam. 🔍👁️

⚠️ But dilation isn’t appropriate for every patient! That’s why our nursing team checks preliminary tests before those drops go in. 🩺🐾

You never know what you might discover when you take a closer look! 😉

👀✈️ Dr. Hsu is off learning! 📚🐾

Our team is hitting the books (probably enjoying a little conference fun along the way! 😉) as Dr. Hsu and some of our team are away at a conference learning about the latest and greatest in veterinary ophthalmology! 👁️✨

While Dr. Hsu is away, we’ll have limited services available, including:

💙 Nurse pressure checks
💊 Medication refills
📅 Scheduling appointments

So, while our Dr is away, our team is still here to help!🐾

🐾 We love seeing our veterinary community grow! 🐾

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Camille Squair of Prairie Crocus Veterinary Behavioural Medicine to our building. As Manitoba’s first full-time Veterinary Behaviour Specialist, Dr. Squair brings a wonderful area of specialty care to our shared space.

We’re proud to be growing a collaborative, multispecialty veterinary community where different areas of veterinary medicine come together under one roof. We look forward to all the possibilities this brings as we continue to support pets and their families! 💙🐾
Congratulations & welcome Dr. Squair!✨
