Today I took the smallest quakers out of the nest box, and gave them a top up, of hand feeding formula, then returned them to nest box.

These two will be leaving, for greener pastures, with their new owners, in the next few days. Nothing like a freshly weaned , 8 week old cockatiel. Hopefully they will all leave, very close to weaning. They turn out so much better that way.

These baby pearl cockatiels are going to really make someone's day. 4 weeks old, and just started hand feeding

Baby Quaker parrots, in the next box. They usually appear motionless, almost like they are not alive, until they get to the 4 week stage. They make a big mess fast. 2nd pic, after a little clean up. Not so much, so the nest is not completely disturbed.

Going to have to soak this nest box in a bucket of vinegar, after this batch. 😉

Whiteface lutino , albino, cockatiels. Father split to lutino, mother lutino. I pulled the Albinos from the nest, and started hand feeding earlier then normal. , as Mr. Male was starting to pick on them a bit.

I have two more whiteface pied cockatiels, soon ready for adoption.

This whiteface pied cockatiel is about 5 to 6 weeks old and is one of the birds currently reserved for a customer.

He keeps climbing out of the box i got them in, saying to me, sorry bud, but I do not want to stay in there with the other two birds. I want to see the world, and you have to deal with me now!!
