It's long been a bit of a mystery to us that some humans think it's a smart idea to spray our food with pesticides and herbicides. And sometimes it feels like our little corner of the earth is so small it doesn't make a difference that we strive to care for it well. But then spring arrives, and we hear the thousands of frogs and toads in the pond croaking, and the bees buzzing about, and it all feels perfect. Happy Earth Day❤

While we wait for the snow to melt, and our own growing season to begin in earnest, I feel so FORTUNATE that we can go to and buy locally grown flowers from the family owned and run . There are SO many ecological issues with buying imported flowers, please let's support our local folks and keep our dollars here. And enjoy every moment of local beauties like these 😍
