What a beautiful day at the Manitoba RCMP Run!

We were so grateful to spend the day at Assiniboine Park, connecting with the community and sharing more about the R3VHC program.

It was an amazing experience meeting so many incredible people and having the opportunity to share stories face-to-face. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello and spend a moment with Ranger and Eden.

Red Rose Ranch Veterans Horse Camp (R3VHC) is now accepting applications for our 2026 camps. If you’re a veteran, active military member, or first responder, we encourage you to apply.

What a day at the 2026 R3VHC Charity Horse Show!

We had an fantastic turnout and a full day of amazing riding, great sportsmanship, and even better community. The morning weather definitely tested us, but everyone showed up with the same mindset: the show must go on.

As the day rolled on, so did the energy. By the end of the show the sun was out, the arena was busy, and the ranch was full of the kind of smiles and support that remind us why this event matters.

To every competitor, volunteer, sponsor, vendor, and spectator who came out and stuck it out through the weather: thank you. Your support helps keep R3VHC running!

Gratitude looks a lot like this.

Over each camp, we’ve watched participants arrive carrying a lot, then gradually find steadier footing through routine, horsemanship, and time spent with people who understand. Often the biggest moments aren’t the loud ones. They’re the quiet conversations, the shared stories, and the feeling of being part of a community again.

That doesn’t happen by accident. Volunteers give their time, supporters spread the word, and community partners help keep the program moving forward so we can continue serving veterans, military members, and first responders through horses and peer support.

As we work to prepare for this new season, we just want to say thank you.

If you’re looking for a fun way to support the mission, our R3VHC Charity Horse Show is coming up, and proceeds from the event go directly back into the program. We’d love to see you there. 🌾

A day at R3VHC always starts the same way. Chores.

Feed, hay, water, and the routines that keep the horses healthy and the place running. It’s simple work anyone can do, but it does something important. It gets everyone moving, focused, and present before the day really begins.

After that comes breakfast and the kind of conversation that happens when you’re sitting with people who just get it. After we head to the arena for one-on-one instruction where the horses set the pace and participants build confidence, and connection.

And when the day winds down, we gather, decompress, and enjoy the peace.

This is what R3VHC is built for: horses leading the way, peer support, and a space where veterans, active military, and first responders can reset and reconnect.
