Today we’re celebrating Lainey’s first Gotcha Day, and what a year it’s been. ❤️

A year ago, this beautiful girl went from being a stray and living in a shelter to finding her forever home. Since then, she’s completely stolen our hearts and become an irreplaceable part of our family and the Dawg On It team.

Lainey brings a different kind of energy wherever she goes. As a high-drive German Shepherd, she’s vocal, enthusiastic, endlessly driven, and always ready for the next challenge. She’s taught us that with patience, consistency, clear communication, and reward-based training, even the biggest personalities can channel their energy into something incredible.

As our Demo Dog, Lainey helps show clients what’s possible. Whether she’s demonstrating obedience, engagement, or how to build a stronger relationship with your dog, she reminds us every day that training isn’t about changing who a dog is—it’s about helping them become the best version of themselves.

And when she’s off the clock? You’ll find her exactly where she wants to be... making a huge splash! 💦 Pool time is her absolute favorite, and if there’s water nearby, you can bet Lainey’s already in it or by her brother side playing tug with him.
