💙 BANDIT HAS BEEN ADOPTED 💙
We are so happy to share with everyone, that our sweet boy Bandit has been adopted! All of us at the Roundhouse wish Bandit and his new family a long and happy life together 🥰
Although it was sad to say goodbye to our sweet chunky monkey, we couldn't be happier for Bandit. He truly deserved a second chance. Make us proud Bandit and stay out of trouble 😹
Hi, I’m Bandit. ❤️
I’m hoping you’ll take a moment to get to know me, because underneath this handsome face is a really sweet boy who just wants someone to love him again.
I lived in my last home with another male cat, a four-year-old little human, and two grown-ups — and honestly, I thought we made a pretty great family. My feline roommate and I got along wonderfully. We played together, groomed each other, slept near each other, and generally got into the normal amount of cat mischief. 😸
And my little human? One of my favourite people. I was gentle, affectionate and playful, and I loved being part of the family.
I’m definitely a cuddle kind of guy. Personal space? Well… I’m not entirely sure what that is. 😂 I love laps, I love pets, and I especially love being petted while sitting in your lap. My favourite thing is following my people from room to room, supervising everything they do, and collecting as many head scratches as possible. When I’ve had enough, I simply get up and walk away like the polite gentleman I am.
I’m also quite the athlete! Laser toys? AMAZING. Crinkly toys? EVEN BETTER. If it skitters across the floor, I’m ready to chase it with my best professional cat skills. 🐾
There is one little thing I need you to know about me… and honestly - I think it’s the reason I’m looking for a new home. 😔
In my previous home, I sometimes had little accidents and would p*e on things like blankets, clothes or toys. It wasn’t constant, and I’m not a bad kitty — I just seemed to have some moments when I struggled to get it right.
Since coming to the shelter, I’ve been using my litter box consistently. ❤️
My people here think I’ll have the best chance of success if my new family starts me off slowly in a small room with a really big litter box and standard litter. Once I’m comfortable and ready to explore, having a second litter box somewhere else in the home will help me too.
I know I’m asking someone to have just a little extra patience with me in the beginning. But I promise you, I have SO much love to give in return.
I’ve lived happily with another cat and with a young child. I’m affectionate, playful, cuddly, a little bit clingy, and completely ready to become someone’s special boy again.
Please don’t let my little accidents be the reason you overlook me. I’m not perfect… but I’m pretty sure I’m worth it. ❤️
I’m Bandit, and I’m hoping I can steal one more heart. Maybe yours? 🐾❤️
