Edit: The boys have found a home together! ❤️

Sadly this sweet boys owner unexpectedly passed, him and his chocolate lab brother are looking for a soft landing in this hard time. I have groomed Gilbert for the last 7 years and he is a really sweet sweet boy 🐾💝

Over the last 7 years, I’ve worked hard to keep my grooming prices as stable as possible, with only 2 increases since I started. However, with the cost of supplies rising yet again, I’ve absorbed as much as I possibly can. To continue providing the quality grooming your dogs deserve, along with usinf quality products, I will be implementing a small price increase starting January 1, 2026. Small dogs will be going up $5 and large dogs $10. Thank you for understanding and for supporting my little grooming business over the years, your loyalty means the world to me 🐶🐾

I know I've posted this several times but just a reminder of my cancellation/no show policy!

I love grooming your pups and appreciate every single one of my clients! 💛 To help my business run smoothly and continue providing care, here’s a reminder of my appointment policies:

15-minute grace period: If you think you’ll be close to that, please contact me — I’ll always do my best to accommodate. Just keep in mind that being late pushes back my schedule, which isn’t fair to the next client.

No call / no show: Unfortunately, this results in a fee equal to 100% of your appointment.

Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of your appointment.

These policies allow me to continue offering one-on-one grooming, which is much less stressful for your dog compared to bringing all dogs in at the same time. Operating costs are high, and your appointment time is reserved specifically for your pup. Missed appointments result in lost income for me, and in this expensive world I just cannot continue to absorb the costs — which is why I’m enforcing these policies.

Thank you for understanding and helping me keep things running smoothly. I appreciate each and every one of you! 💛

Hello everyone! I'm going to have to change my policies a bit regarding missed appointments.

Unfortunately I have had a ton of no shows in the last little while. So effective now, a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) will be 50% of the grooming fee, and no shows will be 100% of the fee and must be paid before your next appointment. I hate to have to do this, but in order for me to be able to continue grooming I cannot miss so much income on no shows as this is my job. I understand things come up and with winter roads approaching I will continue on with my 15 minute grace period, but after the 15 minutes if I haven't heard from you you will be marked down as a no show.

Hope everyone understands and I look forward to seeing all the pups before Christmas 🎄 🎁
