Introducing Willie Wednesday’s!! May not be every Wednesday but missing my boy everyday so why not share a glimpse of him and the joy he brought. Fall and winter was our time to shine, I’m not sure if he actually liked it (never complained) or he just went along because these two seasons are my favourite. He loved everything we did together, never was scared of a winter walk in the snow or a rainy fall walk. We were the crazy ones that were always out. He was always up to whatever I had in mind or any adventure, if we got lost even better it means we had an even longer walk together…and we got lost a few times 😬. He photobombed lots of pictures, I swear he knew when I took my phone out what I was doing and how dare I not include him! He went along with anything…tossing leaves up trying to be whimsical and him wondering what I’m doing 😂😂.
I miss our adventures together, life is just to lonely without you my friend! 80 days down since you left and forever to go!!!!!! 😢🩵🤍🐾🐾

One month….its 30 days since I last held you. I still don’t have the right words for this. I still look for you and think of you daily. One month later and I’m still not sure how to live in a world without you. I miss you my Willie bear! 🩵🤍🪽🌈🕊️🐾🐾

Yesterday was a week since we said goodbye. I still look for you and hope that this was all a bad dream but it’s not. The day you died a part of me died with you.
On Friday you came home and I feel some comfort that you are back home. The drive reminded me of all our adventures we had and road trips we took, it was our last drive together. I will miss you forever!

Thank you everyone for your texts, dm’s and messages. It warms my heart that people knew my boy was special!

This is part 2…as some of you know Willie had a tumor on his spleen, he went strong until about last week when we could see his body was getting tired. He couldn’t walk as long and the stairs were no longer an option. He still wanted to go for walks and be with his people always. Appetite stayed until the end, his last treat a few hours before he left was a human cookie which he ate happily! Some of these pictures are from our last walks with his wagon and our last days together. Rest easy my sweet boy! 🩵💙🤍🐾🪽🌈
