This beautiful girl is an absolute sweetheart with so much love to give! She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her affectionate personality shines through. Sylvie loves attention, happily greets you with adorable headbutts, and enjoys curling up on a cozy lap for cuddles. She also has a playful side, and when the toys come out, so does her inner kitten!

Sylvie would be perfectly happy as your one and only, but could also do well with another feline companion following a proper introduction.

❤️🐾 Charlie wanted to pop in and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Our handsome, battle-scarred boy is doing wonderfully, and we’re discovering that underneath that tough exterior is quite the affectionate little love bug! Charlie has been enjoying exploring his foster space, and when he’s ready for a nap, he happily puts himself right back into his kennel. 🥰

This Wednesday, our sweet boy is scheduled for dental surgery to have his three broken teeth removed.

We’re so happy with the progress he’s making, and we think it’s safe to say Charlie is enjoying his new life surrounded by love and kindness.

This little peanut is estimated to be just two and a half weeks old.

Yesterday, one of our wonderful volunteers received a call about this tiny kitten who had been found on a farm property, with no other siblings or mom in sight. Without hesitation, she stepped away from her Thanksgiving dinner to go pick him up!

After grabbing some kitten formula and a bottle, she made sure he was fed, warm and comfortable, and kept him safe overnight.

We reached out to Inge Sadler, who runs Pick of the Litter in Bedford, and thankfully, she was able to take this little guy into her care this morning.

A huge thank you to Inge Sadler for taking him in, and to our volunteer for dropping everything on Thanksgiving to make sure he was looked after. ❤️

It’s been a busy week between vet appointments and trapping, so we’re a little behind on our Facebook updates! We thought we’d share a bit of what we’ve been up to. 🐾

A few days ago, we welcomed what we believe is the last remaining kitten from our Farmington colony. And wouldn’t you know it, another orange female!

We also received an urgent request for help involving a mom and her kittens living outdoors at a seasonal trailer park in Rawdon. With the park closing next week, their food sources will soon disappear.

Yesterday, we headed to Rawdon to set traps, working alongside an individual currently staying at the park. This morning, we successfully trapped mom, who, believe it or not, managed to squeeze herself into a kitten trap! We know her kittens are close by, and we’re continuing to monitor the area and traps closely.

A huge thank you to Elizabeth Brown for helping with trapping and transportation! ❤️ It truly takes a village, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful people who lend a hand when it’s needed most.

Today, we want to recognize a very special individual who has shown incredible kindness and generosity towards our rescue. ❤️

Sally Fleming recently made an incredibly generous donation towards Charlie’s upcoming dental surgery. Many of you will remember Charlie, our handsome orange and white boy who came into our care after spending much of his life outdoors and testing positive for FIV.

Having previously run her own animal rescue, Sally knows firsthand the dedication and compassion that go into helping animals in need. Although she no longer operates her own rescue, she continues to pour her heart and soul into supporting others. What makes her generosity even more meaningful is that this donation was made in loving memory of her beloved cat, Cally, as she marks the first anniversary of Cally’s passing. ❤️🐾

Sally, we are deeply touched by your kindness and generosity. Honouring Cally’s memory by helping Charlie receive the veterinary care he deserves is such a beautiful tribute. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making a difference in his life.

We received a request for help for two kittens, estimated to be 7–8 weeks old, currently living outdoors at a seasonal trailer park. Mom is also there and is believed to be feral. We have a plan in place for Mom, but we urgently need a foster home for her kittens.

Our intake space is currently full, so we need to have a foster plan in place before trapping can begin. We’re also working against the clock, as the trailer park typically begins emptying out around October 12th.

Today was Dior’s turn, and this sweet girl officially headed off to her forever home! 🥰

A huge thank you to Kate Burton and her partner for fostering both Dior and Prada, working with them, and giving them a safe and loving temporary home while they waited for their forever homes. We’re so grateful for the time, patience, and care they gave these girls.

And, of course, a big thank you to the wonderful staff at Pet Valu Windsor for hosting Dior this past week and taking such great care of her while she waited for her person to find her.

Congratulations to Dior and her new adopter! ❤️🐾

Prada may have headed off to her forever home this morning, but her sister 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐫 is still at Pet Valu Windsor waiting for hers! 🐾💕

At 4½ months old, Dior is confident, curious, playful and affectionate, and she loves to be where the action is. She always seems to have something to say, and once she’s finished exploring and playing, she’s more than happy to settle in for some love.

Dior is spayed, vaccinated, parasite treated, and FIV/FeLV negative.

Stop by Pet Valu Windsor and show this sweet girl some love. She’s ready to meet her people! ❤️

We are so happy to share that Prada went to her forever home this morning! 🩷
