You'll find products for all your bird needs such as: high quality foods, toys made from bird safe materials, cages for all sizes of birds, treats, vitamins & supplements, cleaning aids, perches, swings, stands and so much more! From finches and canaries to lories and large parrots, you'll find the supplies your looking for which are suitable to your size classification of bird! Checkout our bird size chart which is both your guide to which products are suitable for your bird(s). We also carry top quality dog and cat foods along with industry leading treats. We also offer supplies and foods for other pets such as small animals, reptiles, fish and pond supplies. During the warmer months we have a lovely "garden center" and live pond fish! Normally we have pond fish and water plants around the May two-four weekend through to early September, however this is highly weather dependent. Garden plants are normally also available during this time. Our staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will be pleased to answer any your questions. 🚨 WATERLOO REGION PET PARENTS: AIR QUALITY ALERT 🚨With the current Environment Canada High/Very High Risk Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) warning issued for Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge due to northern Ontario wildfire smoke, it's not just us who need to stay safe—our pets need protection too! If you are feeling the scratchy throat or hazy eyes, your furry, feathered, or scaled friends are feeling it, too. Here are the essential Pet Safe Guards to keep your companions safe today:

🐾 Limit Outdoor Time: Keep walks and outdoor bathroom breaks as short as possible. Save the long games of fetch or jogs for when the smoke clears.

🏠 Seal the Indoors: Keep all windows and doors closed. If you are running an A/C unit, make sure it is set to "recirculate" mode so it isn't pulling smoky air from the outside.

🐦 Protect the Birds: Pet birds are incredibly sensitive to airborne particles and poor air quality. Keep them strictly indoors and away from rooms where outside air might leak in.

💧 Hydration is Key: Ensure your pets have plenty of fresh, clean water available at all times to help keep their airways moist.

🐶 Watch Vulnerable Breeds: Flat-faced (brachycephalic) pets like Pugs, Bulldogs, and Persian cats, as well as senior pets or those with pre-existing heart/lung conditions, are at the highest risk.

⚠️ Know the Warning Signs: Watch closely for excessive coughing, gagging, rapid or open-mouth breathing, watery eyes, or sudden lethargy. If you notice these symptoms, reach out to your veterinarian right away. Let's keep our pets safe, comfortable, and indoors until this haze passes.
