JENNIFER'S BACK! I am returning to work gradually and will be contacting you by phone / text to set up new appointments. There will be some adjustments to be made as I will have ongoing medical appointments and follow-ups. I'll be leaving flexible times open each week so if a change is needed, I can offer it in a timely fashion.

Jenni-furz Gentle Grooming Is temporarily closed as I recover from an illness. All present and future scheduled appointments have been cancelled. Thank you to all my clients for your understanding, flexibility, patience and words of kindness and support. Unfortunately, I am not able to predict the pace or timing of my return to work at this time. I'll be in touch as soon as possible.

If you haven't seen the forecast yet, brace yourself. Severe heat warnings are already in effect across parts of Ontario, and it is going to be a hot one this week!

That means extra precautions for the furry friends in your life. Limit time outdoors to early mornings and evenings, test the pavement before walks, make sure fresh water is always within reach, and never leave an animal unattended in a vehicle. Even a short time in a hot car can be life threatening. If you see an animal in distress, call Provincial Animal Welfare Services at 1-833-9ANIMAL or 911 in an emergency.
